Fly-tipping in Trevithick Road

The photo I attach is a WEEKLY occurrence in this location, starting on a Thursday, for the dustmen to take on a Friday. People literally bring their cars to dump their rubbish here that should be taken to the tip. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE
