Fly-tipping in Hilliards Road

Build up of discarded waste, possibly because it's a blind spot with no apparent cameras. It's in the walkway/alley opposite 25/27 Hilliards Road UB8 3TA and the walkway/alley leads to the green adjacent to St Clements Close.
