Fly-tipping in Polden Street

Wardrobe and child's toys fly tipped yet again from 70 Polden Street. Council seems to be short of money time to fine these offenders. The Rubbish was tipped Sunday 19.2.23 in the afternoon. Charge them for public path storage.
