Fly-tipping in River Park Avenue

Sadly we have seen a recent increase in fly-tipping after several years of respite after the charity cleared this site. I think the only answer is some CCTV coverage as I am fairly confident it is the same culprits who are simply too lazy to dispose of their rubbish properly. These are all small loads indicating a jobbing individual.
