This is just absolutely awful and it looks like it’s been there a while as everything has turned rusty. I wonder why nothing has been done about it before. The water is oily and the lily pads have all shrivelled up and dying

Apparently I’ve been advised the lake belongs to a landowner and it is his responsibility to clear the lake :(
