Sunderland North Litter Volunteers

I'm tired of seeing rubbish being ignored by not just the Council but by some members of the public. I want to start a volunteer group cleaning litter in parks, woods, riverbanks etc. Sunderland is a beautiful city and we have to do our bit to help. Donations of protective clothing and equipment are a must and can people who can't help physically but with items to donate that would be greatly appreciated. I'll start creating events if and when we have the necessary equipment and a number of volunteers.
