Recycle Bins and waste bins filled overnight by non residents leaving residents unable to dispose of their waste or recycling. There are boxes in bins from different addresses around Reading this has also caused cross contamination in the waste bins.

B1222 road pull in. Entrance to old quarry on sherburn hill past council lay-by with chippings. Lots of building materials/rubble. Old bathroom tiles, old fridge which has been set alight.
