Wouldn't it be cheaper if Walsall Council prosecuted the fly tippers instead of sending muck trucks out every week to clear number 23’s fly tipping and number 21 who has added more to it today yet again ... theres no excuse for it.

Number 21 decided to fly tip her white bin bags from by her front door to the carpark. The bins was only emptied on Wednesday. Looks a right shit hole. Something more than just clearing them needs done, as they keep getting away with it
