Garden waste tipped at the West End lane car park @16.04pm on 01/04/2020. Driver of black car reg KG56 ONJ realised that the Tip wasn’t opened so drive into the car park area opened his back boot and tipped all the garden waste onto the floor.

Slip roadlay-by just after Dobbies garden centre heading north on A697. Bin provided overflowing and clear evidence of fly tipping with the box of someone’s address in stobhill. Further up the road there is around 100 dead rats next to a police cone
