He puts the rest outside the front of he’s house correctly but every two weeks on black sack days he dumps a few sacks out on the grass verge opposite stansfield road

In car park opposite Jack's Hill car park by gate 29.car has no police etc aware sticker on it plus items at site can be pilfered from it. If forensics need it they need to take it notes left by relatives may even be a crime scene.. So sad😥
