huge amount of waste dumped in two lots. there are clearly marked addresses on the rubbish if council want to prosecute. Also in the next layby further along on the right before tollard green crossroads is more rubbish dumped in bags.

Reported several weeks ago. Deserted rough sleeping area. Hidden behind bushes near junction of the two foot paths.
This area needs to be professionally cleared due to type of rubbish.
Council seen to be ignoring it.
