This corner needs signs and CCTV as it's getting stupid now. Also reopen the dumps. Redbridge dumps are open!

Lots of waste is getting dumped on the bottom back alley of Barnes street in Clayton le moors by one of the residents, been left behind number 95 and has been mounting for weeks now, things are just thrown out the back door, into the alley and left
