Looks like some of the waste has been cleared but not the large Jewson bag full of discarded rubbish+green tarpaulin full of shed roof material been dumped in the lane today. Same household 11 Stroma Terrace doing this *still not cleared 15 March*

Multiple items, dumped by same household. Witnessed 2-3 people taking items from back garden of marked property and putting them in the walkway. This happened Saturday 27 Feb and items are still there. Multiple times same property.

Whilst driving home from work, I witnessed the Van in the picture parked in layby. Passenger was throwing plastic waste into ditch, then driver went to open back doors of van. I stopped and reversed up. Van driver shut door ran to van and drove off.
