All the waste is located on the side of the gravel road (Beckenham Place Park). It's a large box with wooden pallet inside, a wooden crate, tool case, some hose and smaller rubbish mixed with soil.

Edit: he may have stopped to throw a recycling box (blown by storm) onto the pavement.
