There have been many many instances of tipping outside the back of my house in the alley way.
You need an alley gate key usually if it’s not been left open to get into the alley.
This time it’s some weeds/plants, foliage.

Builders waste located on the right hand side of the lane approximately half a mile From the A414. Think it was the entrance to Cemex?? The vehicle in the photo was not witnessed tipping the waste on the 15/07/20.
