A woman and girl came and threw 6 bin bags in our communal bins and they live at 92 Orchard Road they made two trips and this is the second separate time they have done this.

The bulky waste has been dumped in the small car park behind the flats, next to the normal refuse bins. The waste came from flat 41. The new tenants had to clear out the original tenants property, but just left it by the bins.
