We have three bins out of the back of High Street Fitness, Charity to collect plastics cans and general waste. They are perfectly fine, but people have been dumping waste bags in and around the bin itself therefore contaminating the recycling what I would like is all the rubbish bags removed they are between 10 and 15 bags of general waste.
