Toilet, wood general builders and other waste between Leigh Cafe and vacant unit. Apparently there has been a reoccurring problem at this site repeatedly reported to Sean Blake at Norse but not resolved. Unclear if this is council or private.

This Easter Saturday .. the bins are overflowing …. So residents .. I saw one today from the flat just putting blah bags on the pavement. Overnight the bags were split foxes. Now this is what you see when you enter Manor Park village .. disgusting

Punch bowl lane has numerous fly tips all the way along. One of the worst lanes that I have come across. Just a few photos of rubbish showing the extent of delinquent flytippers. Also a walk down cherry tree lane isn’t much better,

We have just witnessed a van unloading a large amount of what appears to be hedge cuttings, they had a chainsaw and other equipment on the ground that they put in their van before they drove off. We took down the number plate.
