Fly tipped rubbish again. Matress has been there over 10 days. Household black rubbish bags also tipped plus a small white desk further down the hill on the right hand side there is a small amount of builders rubble that had been dumped

There is a little layby halfway down the hill on the right and somebody has dropped house rubbish, a mattress and a little desk. The household rubbish is in black bin bags which have split and now there is rubble everywhere on the sides on the lane.
