Spotted a guy (45 - 50, overweight, 5 ft 9, 16 stone+, balding dark hair) with wheelbarrow doing this. He came from one of the two gates in the photo, dumping dirty gravel waste in a mound directly opposite in the edge of small woodland.

Household rubbish dumped in field gateway on left after turning in from Brewood/Coven Road. Two unopened letters clearly show name and address. See pics 2 and 3. Very simple to locate and prosecute these people

Large mountain of fly tipped waste at the side of the canal. Walsall council The Environment agency and the canal trust all deny it is their problem and are doing nothing to clear it. Been piled high approx 20 feet high for over a year.
