As a resident of the apartment, I am utterly sick of these fly-tipping activities. People just leave their stuff right in front the recycling bins and we're not even able reach those bins to put our stuff to bins.

Pallets and mattresses and rubbish bags blocking footpath and bicycle lane. We can't walk with the buggy on foot path so we have to walk on the main Street where cars drive 30mph at all times.
